Dr. Rubtsov is clearly well versed in the sciences, a necessary foundation for one who chooses to look into occurances such as the Tunguska explosion which occurred in 1908. He systematically eliminates the possibility that this explosion was the result of a meteor crash, and introduces the idea that there were elements that were nuclear in nature. When these facts are combined with the very low angle of approach, and the apparent changes in the flight path, it seems one can only conclude that some kind of intelligence was associated with this incident. All of which is very interesting to contemplate.
