This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Text, Speech and Dialogue, TSD 2010, held in Brno, Czech Republic, September 2010. The 71 revised full papers presented together with 3 invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 144 submissions.
