It is aimed at dutyholders (users, owners, competent persons, designers, manufacturers, importers, suppliers and installers of pressure systems). Guidance on the Regulations and Approved Code of Practice is also provided.Part 1 examines the Regulations and explains what they mean, how they should be applied and who is responsible for applying them.Part 2 focuses on the responsibilities of those involved with the production and safe operation of pressure systems, from design, manufacture and supply, to the use and maintenance of the equipment.Part 3 provides additional information about the Regulations, as well as guidance on how they apply to more specific pressure systems.
