This book was made for the stoner nerds of the world. I seriously would not recommend it for anyone that isn't a serious reader. It is extremely complex and it's dealing with a somewhat dangerous process if you don't know what you're doing. At the same time, if you are not afraid to risk blowing yourself up by turning your kitchen into a makeshift lab, this is the book for you. Even if you aren't interested in the extraction section of the book, this book has really good information about choosing the right strains (high CBD) for use in making hash oil. So I'd definitely recommend it as a beach read. I bought this book to learn how to extract thc through isomerization. I have never taken a college chemistry class so this book is in no way simple for me to understand. However, after reading the sections on extraction a few times and writing notes it is possible to figure out. I'll write a follow up review when I have a chance to compare yield by this books method and the youtube method.
