The authors worked as members of an editorial group including Pedro Gomez, Willy Olsen, and Prof. Isabelle Rousseau, who reviewed texts and made valuable contributions to both this document and the related report. All participants in the project’s workshops were invited to
comment on the final draft of the report: many did so, some at length, and all to good effect.
