Hillary Clinton is unqualified to lead the United States through one of the most perilous periods in our history. Like it or not, however, she is on the ballot this November. Either Hillary or Donald Trump—two exceedingly unpopular candidates—will be our next president.
Which means we face a choice: Should we vote for someone who is fresh, bold, and untested, and who says what he believes even if we don’t always like what he says and the way he says it (Donald Trump), or should we elect someone who has been under investigation for illegal or dishonest behavior during her entire public life, and who promises four—and possibly eight—more years of Obamaism (Hillary Clinton)?
For those who need time to think before answering that question, consider the devastation that Barack Obama has left in his wake, and the additional destruction that Hillary would inflict on our country:
A feeble economy that fails to provide enough well-paying jobs to sustain a growing middle class.
Failing schools that do not prepare our children for the upheavals in technology, globalization, communications, medicine, and financial markets.
A mounting body count in America’s cities from radical Islamic terrorists.
A retreat overseas that has emboldened our enemies and thrown the world into chaos.
An unsustainable national debt that will grow to $27.159 trillion by 2024, threatening our economy and national security.
Eleven million people on disability—a number that exceeds the entire population of Greece.
Unchecked immigration across our porous borders.
An increase in violent crime in most major American cities.
A drug epidemic throughout Middle America.
The suppression of free speech on college campuses.
Runaway political correctness that prevents us from honestly talking about and solving our common problems.
Political gridlock in Washington that has created a crisis of confidence not only in our elected officials, but in our very system of government.
An imperial presidency that runs roughshod over the Constitution.
