A Dissertation Submitted to the Faculty of the Division of the Humanities in Candidacy for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Department of Classical Languages and Literatures. A study of the foreign relations of the Vandal Kingdom in North Africa should extend at least from the accession of the Vandal King Geiseric in Spain in 428 to the end of the Vandal Kingdom in 533. Because of the vast scope of such an undertaking, I have ended the current study with the death of Geiseric in 477.
