This easy-to-follow resource will enable professionals to carry out the programme in a relaxed and fun way. This resource contains a handy list of resources and activities, criteria for selecting suitable children and a step-by-step guide to carrying out the themed programmes, including photocopiable forms and checklists and a CD containing music to use with the group. "The Fuzzy Buzzy Programme" will help children learn to share, take turns, listen, interact with their peers and improve their self-esteem. The programme is ideally suited to children aged 2-5, and most effectively delivered over an 8-week period, although this can be adapted to suit individual needs, and is perfect for early years' practitioners, teachers, teaching assistants, family respite carers and other professionals working with young children with complex needs.
