Kettlebell training is my first foray into strength training. I'm more than satisfied with the progress I'm making, and I owe a lot of my success to this book. Enter the Kettlebell lays out a very simple plan. For strength you'll do only kettlebell clean and presses and pull-ups, and for conditioning and posterior chain endurance you'll do swings and snatches. It may not seem like much but that's the point! These four simple exercises are more than enough to keep a beginner like me busy without complicating things. There is also a program minimum which focuses solely on swings and Turkish get-ups. Each exercise is explained in great detail, and there are plenty of pictures. I've greatly increased my strength and conditioning, and if you buy the book and follow the plan, you will too.
