This ELD resource features a balance of systemic English language instruction with strong emphasis on vocabulary development and a focus on language arts standards. The Interactive Reader has three types of selections: literature, informational texts, and documents that students may encounter in various activities. All selections include the same basic preparation, support, and review materials.
