This second edition of Electron Microscopy: Methods and Protocols is written for established researchers as well as new students in the field of
molecular biology. It is not only for biomedical but also for general biological science research and its application. The combination of microscopical and

Negative staining and immunogold labeling techniques for samples prepared through conventional, cryosectioning, or high-pressure freezing methods.
