The detailed information on the unique characteristics of different animals adds character and realism. Many different types of eyes, ears, noses, paws etc. are discussed and illustrated. The explanation and examples of fur and feathers are particularly useful. As a drawing teacher I've found this can be particularly hard for students to master. I plan to use it in my drawing class.
I've read many drawing books and there are many techniques here I hadn't encountered before. Jane shows how to convey charm and cuteness. The techniques would work on many other subjects as well. If you want to draw adorable baby animals or simply expand your drawing skills I recommend getting this book.Кто может устоять перед привлекательностью милых детенышей животных?
