The British Origami Society is a group devoted to the art of paper-folding, also known by its Japanese name “origami”. We have hundreds of members worldwide and publish a bi-monthly magazine. We organise local and national meetings and have a unique library. We offer a selection of paper & booklets on our Supplies page. We support our members through virtual meetings, magazines, member’s area and a 10% supplies discount. Whether you are a complete beginner or have been folding for years, there will be something for you here. Many folders who join feel they are “coming home”. As a registered charity, we carry out all kinds of voluntary work within the areas of health, culture and education.
