We study the transmission of electron beams with a finite angular extent through symmetric andasymmetric multi-barrier structures in graphene with the aim of enhancing the functionality ofnanodevices. The barriers in graphene are created by applying electrostatic voltages on narrow gateelectrodes. We found that, besides modulating the transmission coefficient of obliquely incidentelectrons, such structures can narrow electron beams, split them into two parts with tunableintensities, and even steer them by slightly modifying the gate voltage.
В этой статье исследовано поведение электронов в графеновых структурах с периодическим потенциалом. Предложены различные применения этих структур и доказано их приеимущество перед используемыми аналогами.
