I rate this purchase a single star not because of the content of the lessons, which I have found informative and well written, but because the files on the "included DVD" are not available to purchasers of this e-book. I contacted the publisher on 2-10-2010 and was informed that if I wanted this content I would have to purchase another copy of this book in it's print version. At this time, there is no mention of this DVD or the inability of purchasers of the e-book to acquire the files mentioned throughout the book it on it in the Kindle specific description on the Amazon.com website. I suggest the publishers either make the DVD available to order, provide the files for download to e-book customers or make it very clear on the Kindle page that there is no way for Kindle customers to get this DVD, the extra chapters mentioned, or files that enhance the usability of this book as a learning tool.
