The original uploader has said: John Langlois, a Morgan Stanley banker in China, is a leading candidate to become the U.S. Treasury's attacheĢ in Beijing and help the country take steps to end its currency's peg to the dollar, a person familiar with the matter said.

Author(s): Jack Langlois
Year: 2006

Language: English
Commentary: IDs 1613145, 1613146, 1613147 are an application for membership to the Council of Foreign Relations presumably sent ten years back, brought here in the frame of political struggles in the U.S. (Trump-Obama administrations). The supposed nomination lack any signature. They might carry even further problems to the site, lack any context to illustrate their academic import -if any-, and do carry some connections with the future designation of an U.S. Ambassador to Pekin. In my humble opinion are just noise damaging the quality of this site.
