這是一本整合了人體動作的解剖及生物力學,並以簡潔的方式撰寫,對容易造成觀念模糊之處輔以完整論述,讓讀者輕鬆閱讀。全書分為三個部分,由人體動作的解剖及生理、基礎生物力學的說明,以及對動作技巧的介紹。將各種動作及運動的生物力學特性以圖解方式呈現,加上每一章末的實驗操作,可以讓讀者實際體驗生活中人體動作所引發生物力學的原理,並有助於學習效果的提昇。本書不僅適合推薦給想要瞭解肌動學之初學者,亦可與物理治療師及相關醫護人員等共同分享!
《作者序》
本書相當適合做為肌動學初學者的參考書籍。作者試圖以輕鬆、簡潔的撰寫方式帶領初學者入門,而容易造成觀念模糊之處又以專業的筆調讓讀者讀來更清晰。全書分為三個主要部分做介紹:
第一部分: 人體動作的解剖及生理基礎
第二部分: 生物力學基礎
第三部分: 動作技巧
其中對於肌肉解剖的部分,在傳統的手繪圖示旁還加上實際的相片做對照,十分適合物理治療師所賴以生存的表面解剖之學習。另外,對於各種動作的、運動的生物力學特性都有非常清楚的圖示說明。而本書與其他肌動學的課本最大的不同之處在於:每一章節都以實驗操作的部分做結尾,讓學生可以在實際的生活操作上體會人體動作中所發生的生物力學原理,還附錄圖解各類運動的動作分期。
接下並著手執行本書的翻譯工作時,大女兒正步入青春期的階段,課業壓力加上荷爾蒙的影響紊亂了全家的生活秩序,也正值此時,老花眼也跟著湊熱鬧地報到,更加重了翻譯工作的負荷。過程中,若不是編輯們的鼓勵、包容與支持,相信會有許多疏漏之處,但仍然希望在此領域的各位先進能不吝於給我們指正。
