The Golden Summary which relates briefly the deeds of civil governing established by ancient emperors (the Mongol chronicle of the 17th century) It was in 1926, that's 64 years ago, that gung Onkhodin Jaisang (1864-1930, the First Chairman of the Scenic Committee of the Mongolian People's Republic, had discovered one of the literary monuments of the Mongols which had later on become famous as “The Altan Tobci" of bLo-bZang bsTan-‘Ǯin (Lubsandanzan) hereafter AT). The unique manuscript of this book was found by Jamiyan-gung in the family library of taiji Dar from the Yüngsiyebü clan in the former qosiγun (Banner) Sang-beyise of the ayimaγ of Sečen-qan, the present Bayin-tümen of the Dornod aimag.
