Journalism: The journey of news portal countercurrents.org and its editor Binu Mathew Binu Mathew , the editor of Countercurrents.org , is a torchbearer of people's journalism. Binu believes in speaking truth to power. Since he founded Countercurrents twenty-one years ago on March 27, 2002, he has maintained complete editorial independence by refusing to accept any advertisement and funds from any organisation.
