This volume is about the history of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, and the building of the Victoria and Sidney Railway. Running from Victoria to the tip of the North Saanich Peninsula, it was completed in March of 1985. The pamphlet contains black and white photographs, drawings and information about the construction of the line. It includes mentions of the Great Northern Railway, the British Columbia Electric Railway, and others. Included are many historical photographs of varying quality.
