36. Quantitative assessment of influence of the time-alignment error on segmental signal-to-noise ratio (SSNR) estimation is made. It is shown that an effective way to reduce sensitivity of SSNR estimator to time-alignment error is to increase the sample rate of the compared signals in 2.4 times by means of their interpolation. It was founded also that when distorted signal is a result of adjusting FIR filtering, the filter order must be odd for minimizing the SSNR estimation error.
