Autobiography of Svatantyaveer (freedom fighter) Vinayak Damodar Savarkar describing the experiences during solitary confinement and indentured labour inflicted upon him in the Cellular Jail, Kala Pani, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He was sentenced to two transportations for life totaling 50 years starting 1910 whence he remarked, "Your honour, are you sure the British Empire will last for the next fifty years?"
