For too long, many people have been trying to capitalize of the ignorance of customers, taking advantage of their ignorance to sell ineffective fads and make a quick buck. Everything from custom diet plans and custom workout routines, and fad diets like the keto diet and fat burning pills. After my decade of full immersion in the fitness industry, my passion and sympathy for those looking to lose weight has lead me here.
