Seven years in the writing, this work covers 290 remedies. It is based on classical sources and the author's own experience, but especially on his studies with George Vithoulkas. Remedy descriptions are organized as follows: Where appropriate, each remedy has a general description, mental symptoms, general symptoms and symptoms of various parts of the body. A "Clinical" section lists diseases which the remedy is commonly used for. A "Combined Symptoms" section indicates groups of 2 or 3 symptoms that, when found together, are a strong indication for the remedy. Other remedies important for particular symptoms are in italics. True keynotes are in bold type and symptoms for which the remedy is the most important remedy are indicated by a diamond. "This book should be a mandatory addition to the library of every homeopath, occupying a place on the desk next to the repertory." -Jonathan Shore,
